My parents have a Riv at their shop right now. I sat in it. It was glorious.

That looks like a very nice interior, actually.

What year is that? Didn't think the interior looked that good.

Pretty sure that this was standard kit.

The wood is factory. It was available without the wood but there was a bunch of grain patterns available.

Oh man that's pretty. Definitely going to be my next car. The light colored interiors give me a chub.

I'm sure you could remove the wood panels and dip/wrap them any color or pattern you want.
Of course, knowing GM they're probably glued on.

Nope, painting the wood is a fairly common mod.

Kind of but not really. The Regal is just a performance version of the Century, are both are just upscale versions of teh Grand Am/Grand Prix. The LeSabre is honestly just kind of its own thing based on the Cadillac SeVille. The Park Avenue is the flagship sedan for the person who can't quite afford a SeVille, and the Riviera is for the guy who says "You know, I like Jaguars but I wish they handled worse and were FWD. Also 'Murica."

I know you could get them with wood, I didnt expect it to look this cheap tho.

Most wood does. Even my BMW.

Well I got a set of wood trim I am about to install in my E39 (previous owner was an idiot and poorly painted the old trim white) and this stuff looks high quality. And not like glued onto the plastic dashboard like those aftermarket wood trim packs typically do. Thats the issue I have with the wood in the Riv, it looks like an afterthought tacked on the dash.

Guess what I have? An E39. My problem is that it's highly glossy and plasticked, for all we know it's a paper thin veneer with half a centimeter of acrylic over it. It just looks like wood, it doesn't feel like it.
